Owens Custom Pools is a custom, luxury pool builder based out of Eugene, Oregon. We build stunning, unique swimming pools, spas, fitness pools, and water features that fit your property and style. Owner Phoenix (David) Owens is an award-winning, second-generation pool contractor known for spectacular designs and the highest ethical standards.
Phoenix’s dad, Gary Owens, started Owens Pools in Jasper, OR in 1968. Building pools has been a family business ever since. Phoenix grew up running around on build sites, learning the art and craftsmanship of building quality swimming pools.
We offer a variety of pool types to fit your needs: in-ground vinyl liner, gunite, and our stainless steel & gunite hybrid. We only use the highest quality materials available. We proudly offer Jandy equipment packages on all of our new builds, with a generous 3-year equipment warranty.
